Shady Cove Airpark is a PRIVATE USE ONLY facility. You must have advance permission from the Rogue Air Board to use this privately-owned Airpark facility!

All operations on the Shady Cove Airport are conducted strictly at your own risk.

To request landing permission:

  • Download and review the Shady Cove Airpark Operational Rules
  • Complete the Landing Waiver form below. Submitting the form notifies the Board members. You will be contacted by a Board member.
  • Please DO NOT land at the Shady Cove Airpark prior to receiving confirmation.

Your permission to land at the Shady Cove Airpark is granted to you alone. You may not extend any airport permissions to any other pilots.

    USER WAIVER AND INDEMNITY RELEASE - Rogue Air Inc. Shady Cove Air Park Property Use Agreement:

    I have read and understand The Shady Cove Airport Operational Rules, and agree to carry these rules on my person or aircraft when operating aircraft on Shady Cove Airport Property. While using the Shady Cove Airport, I claim full and complete responsibility for any property damage and/or personal injury caused by myself, my guests, or my passengers.

    I agree to use the Shady Cove Airport at my own risk, and I shall hold Rogue Air Inc., it’s members, board, employees, representatives, and agents harmless from any and all loss, cost, claim, injury, damage, and all liability, sustained or incurred by any person as a result of my operation of an aircraft in or about the Shady Cove Airport. Rogue Air, Inc. and the Shady Cove Airport shall not be responsible or liable to me, my guests, passengers, or family for loss or damage to any of my property, including my aircraft and its contents.

    I hereby represent that I maintain adequate insurance to protect others from any loss whatsoever caused by my operation of an aircraft at the Shady Cove Airport. My obligations hereunder shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Rogue Air Inc, and its members and their successors and assigns and shall be binding upon my executors, administrators, personal representatives, and heirs.

    I acknowledge I have downloaded, read, and agree to the Shady Cove Airpark Operational Rules.

    By checking his box and typing my electronic signature below, I accept ALL the conditions above. I am submitting this form and waiting for an approval from the (RAI) Board Prior to landing at Shady Cove Airpark.
